New Council Watch Committee Calls for Help Honolulu League has always been very interested in the activities of the Honolulu City Council. Co-chairs of the newly-formed Council Watch committee, Evangeline Funk and Piilani Kaopuiki are therefore inviting interested members to become members of this committee. Members would be asked to attend some of the full-Council or Council committee meetings. The full Council meets once a month on Wednesday mornings and its committees meet at other specified times, mostly monthly. We need coverage for the Parks, Budget and Economic Development committees. Existing committees will cover the Transportation, Planning, and Zoning committees.
