CHALLENGES FACING STATE AND LOCAL LEAGUES IN HAWAII

It is time for a good review and evaluation of our organization, local, state and national, but focusing mostly on state and local.

  • Review of League's activities in the past decade, and how well we have met our objectives and served the public

  • What are the requisites for keeping League a viable organization?

  • What might be some obstacles for our achieving our objectives, and remaining a viable organization.

  • Looking to the future

While Council delegates are limited to the State Board which includes the presidents of the Local Leagues and two more delegates from each local, all League members are encouraged to attend and join the discussion. We need everyone's input on how we might meet the challenges that we face in the immediate future and beyond.
