City Council Questionnaire to Be Sent to All Candidates The Honolulu Board decided that a questionnaire should be sent to all Council candidates. The results will be distributed as widely as possible and will include DNet and our own Voter. The questions to be asked of the candidates for Honolulu City Council are as follows: To help solve our traffic congestion problems are you in favor of the current BRT plan? Please explain. Do you favor more development in Central Oahu? Please explain, including your view of Oahu's second city plan. If City revenue does not meet expected budget needs, what service would you cut first? What are your three top priorities for your district?
